Houghton Festival May 2005

A Winterborne Houghton Arts and Music event.

The day started with rain but as the Bulbarrow Band and Morris dancers arrived, the weather began to clear. By the end of the afternoon, the sun was shining brightly as it always does to order in Winterborne Houghton!

The village is indebted once again to Rose Grant for the use of her barn and of course for the excellent selection of ciders.

Thanks to Charlie Eggar for erecting the shelter and a great deal of fetching and carrying. Also to Maggie and Paul Natolie for organising the barbecue and everyone who contributed to the marvellous selection of puddings.
